1. **Order Processing Pause:** Any orders placed during this period (Jan 20 - Feb 10) will likely be processed starting February 10*.
*Although some orders which contain best sellers will be processed more faster.
**Order cancellation can be made within max 24hrs after placing the order, by reaching out to us at support@sierradarien.com

2. **Previously Placed Orders ( < Jan20 ):** If you've already placed an order with us, worry not. Your purchase is not impacted by this delay, with a few exceptions.
